The story of Reverse Group is above all a story of an encountering – our encountering. We met at a time when June was working at L’Oréal while Anaïs was working in a Chinese agency, both specialized in the Luxury section. This is where we shared our common passion for luxury and fashion. This is where we realized that we could level up the world of agencies in China by providing a more meaningful ecosystem to all luxury, fashion, and lifestyle brands. This is when Reverse was born.

After the creation of my consulting firm in 2017, I joined the small brand DAO and the luxury group LVMH. For Givenchy and Guerlain, I oversaw the International Operational Marketing and Travel Retail. Poached by the promising Chinese market, I then joined agencies, to consult and market small brands and large groups in China for 5+ years. This is when I decided to take the jump and create Reverse to build a more meaningful ecosystem and trustworthy communication for all brands and individuals who want to expand in China.
In 2022, I was awarded Top 10 Empowering Women Leaders by Industry Era. Since then, I continued to share my insights at conferences and interviews around the world with Vogue Business, Luxus Plus, Jing Daily, and more.

Originally from a family of entrepreneurs in Shenzhen, I pursued a Master education in France. I joined L’Oréal and worked with Global Multi-function Marketing teams and E-tailers like Dufry, La Samaritaine, and China CDF for the Luxury Division until 2021. For 8 years, I specialized in the development of B2B business across Europe and China. I decided to create Reverse to build a global bridge between China and the West, to see the beauty of multi-culture as a whole on this planet.
From 2013 to 2016, I was recognized International Fashion Model for the Shenzhen Fashion Week. Since then, I continued to share my insights about the Chinese fashion market to predict trends and changes in interviews with Just Style, Harper’s Bazaar, and more.
